About Rahatt's Devotion

Rahatt's Devotion is a noble initiative aimed at supporting single-parent families with daughters aged 10 to 17. By organizing monthly trips, this program intends to broaden the horizons of these young ladies, offering them experiences they might otherwise miss due to economic constraints. These outings are not only fun but educational, designed to inspire and enlighten. In addition to the enriching trips, Rahatt's Devotion plans to provide a Healthy Hygiene Tote each month. This tote will be filled with essential items to encourage and maintain good hygiene practices among these young women. Contents include sanitary napkins, deodorant, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, dental floss, as well as socks and underwear. This thoughtful provision supports their physical health and fosters a sense of dignity and self-care. Furthermore, the program offers a supportive community where important topics such as the dangers of social media, body image, and bullying are discussed openly. Rahatt's Devotion aims to create a "Village of Love," where these young ladies can feel supported not just by their peers but by the entire community surrounding them. The commitment to engage with these girls for at least one year ensures a lasting impact, providing them with consistent support and guidance during a critical phase of their development.

About Scharron Rahatt

Hello my name is Scharron Rahatt's Founder & Director of Rahatts Devotion a non profit dedicated to helping the daughters of single parent homes. I am from Philadelphia Pa & The Oldest of four Children Raised By a single Mother. At one point lived in a shelter, things were tough but we had love. The impact a program like this for me would have been great. Just allowing kids to be kids having something to look forward to does wonders for children.

In 2023 I was apart of a charitable event For my Employer. I was Inspired to help the children in my community after witnessing the impact my employer had on the homeless many who are living my own childhood.
